You can submit the forms online, or print/save them. These forms are also available at the clubhouse. Look for the file rack on the credenza as you enter the clubhouse. Please include check with badge order.

To join our Facebook Group, Login to your Facebook and search for SCW Primetime Club.
Click the Join Group button. This action sends a request to our group’s admins. You must answer the screening questions.
Wait for Approval: You cannot view posts or interact with the group until an admin approves your membership.

We are always looking for new ideas, and the volunteers who together organize and operate a successful event or activity
for member enjoyment.
